My name is Terry Dell. I have been playing for Strat-O-Matic Baseball for 15 years now, competing and winning many face to face leagues, Star Tournaments, and internet leagues across the country. I have made a detailed study of how managers win in strato using a wide variety of strategies. Over the years, many good managers drop out of leagues and even stop playing the game of strato because they were frustrated.

So many times, managers say that "Nothing changes year to year. The same guys win the divisions and the rest of us are always fighting for that one wild card spot."

Lets face it...although many of us play the game to have fun, it simply is more fun when you win. Nobody actually enjoys getting spanked around year after year. It hurts to watch good managers leave the game because of this frustration. This is why I developed a strategy guide to expose new tactics to all the managers over the country. It is my personal hope that by showing how managers position their team to win, we can have more parity among the leagues.
